1There are 3 methods for donations to be made to OrangeAid.
Donation Method 1: One-Time Contribution

a) Cheque1 | Please make cheque payable to “OrangeAid” and indicate your name (as in NRIC), NRIC/FIN number and house address on the back of your cheque | Together with the cheque, please send the completed Donation Form to us by mail or hand it to our customer service officers at any Income Branches. |
b) Credit Card | By VISA and MasterCard only | Please send the completed Donation Form to us by post, fax or email or visit OrangeAid website here to donate online. |
c) Cash | Cash can be made at any of our Income Branches. | Our customer service officers will process your donation. |
Donation Method 2: Rounding up of Life Insurance Policy Premium(s)
For Life policyholders who are paying their premiums on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly basis. (This excludes Investment Linked and Single Premium policies)

Donation Method 3: Regular Donation of Any Amount
For Life policyholders who are paying their premiums on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. (This excludes Investment Linked and single premium policies)

Income Treats is a customer rewards programme for all Income policyholders, including single trip travel insurance policies (during the period when the policy is in forced).
To redeem Income Treats, you need to login with your email and password, via www.income.com.sg/Treats. After you log in, select the treats and refer to the redemption instructions indicated.

Featured Treats are monthly specials that can be in the form of a lucky draw, free gifts or special deals / discounts. Featured Treats are only available within a limited period in the month and / or for a limited quantity.
Policyholders will be informed of new Treats via the monthly Income Treats eDMs. To ensure that you receive these eDMs, please update your email address and select “Yes” for your Marketing Materials Options. To do so, you can log in here.
Yes, you can redeem more than one treat at each time.
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of each treat to determine the number of times you can redeem the treat.
No, the treats are non-transferable.
No, the treats are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash or in kind.
Birthday Treats are specially curated treats for policyholders to enjoy in their birthday month and the month after. You will not be able to redeem Birthday Treats outside of this period.
Lady 360 Treats and Maternity 360 Treats are treats that are exclusive to policyholders of Lady 360 and Maternity 360.

Visit www.income.com.sg/Treats and log in via your email and password to redeem your Birthday Treats. You can only redeem your Birthday Treats on your Birthday month and the month after.
You can redeem each Birthday Treat once. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for each treat for more details.
You will receive a Birthday e-card from Income three days before your Birthday month. You can click on the link in the e-card to be directed to the Birthday Treats. Alternatively, you can visit www.income.com.sg/Treats to view your treats.
All Income policyholders with an in forced policy are eligible for the Birthday Treats.
