Despite the hard knocks he is experiencing in life, Yuan Sheng still often looks at the world with rose-tinted glasses.

At the Income OrangeAid Future Development Programme (FDP) workshops, he quickly seized the opportunity to step out of his comfort zone and be more involved in small-group activities and sharing so that he can grow to become more confident.

He now has a greater sense of self-worth, and he looks forward to working in leadership roles in the future.

To him, the workshops were impactful as they helped him realise his strengths and weaknesses, as he learnt more about potential careers and professions that suited his interest and personality.
