  • Q:What is the Personal Mobility Guard?

    A:

The Personal Mobility Guard is the first insurance plan in Singapore that tailors to a person who uses a personal mobility device. It covers accidental death and permanent disability, medical expenses as well as protection against third-party liability when one meets with accidents while riding, mounting or dismounting from any bicycle or personal mobility device in Singapore.

  • Q:Does the Personal Mobility Guard cover me while I am overseas?

    A:

No, you will only be covered when the accident occurs while riding, mounting or dismounting from a bicycle or personal mobility device in Singapore.

  • Q:What does personal accident benefit (Section 1) cover?

    A:

This benefit covers you against death or permanent disability due to an accident that occurs while riding, mounting or dismounting a bicycle or personal mobility device. This is provided that death or permanent disability occurs within 12 months from the date of the accident.

  • Q:Does the medical expenses for injury due to accident benefit (Section 2) cover treatment at a Chinese medicine practitioner or chiropractor incurred due to injury?

    A:

Yes, we will pay for you to be treated in Singapore by a Chinese medicine practitioner or chiropractor due to injury as long as the practitioners are registered and have a valid practicing certificate.
