How our Accident Reporting app differs from the traditional reporting process
Here's how the app works.
1. In the event of a minor accident, you can call Orange Force, our 24/7 accident response hotline for assistance, if needed.
2. You can use the app to log the accident information before you leave the scene.
- You have already left the accident scene.
- You are not the driver at the point of the accident.
- Someone has been hurt or injured as a result of the accident.
- The accident involves a government vehicle or property, foreign vehicle, pedestrian, cyclist; is a hit-and-run; or a result of vandalism or fire.
Please do not use this app to report accidents if:
- The accident scene
- Your vehicle and its licence plate
- If applicable:
- The other vehicle(s) involved in the accident, and their licence plate(s);
- The Driving Licence(s) of the other drivers; and/or
- Any affected property(ies)
3. Use the app to take at least one photograph of each of the following (min of 3 photos):
- The accident scene
- Your vehicle and its licence plate
- If applicable:
- The other vehicle(s) involved in the accident, and their licence plate(s);
- The Driving Licence(s) of the other drivers; and/or
- Any affected property(ies)
4. You can now leave the accident scene. When you get home, you can complete and submit the accident report through the app by the next working day. Completing the report is easy, as you can select from a comprehensive list of accident scenarios already provided in the app.

6. We will email you a copy of the Accident Statement Report by the next working day. You will need to bring this report to Income’s Motor Service Centre or any of our Quality Workshops within 3 working days so that they can help you make a damage or third party claim.
