Organisational governance is central to our business success. At Income, our Board of Directors holds the overall responsibility for managing the affairs of the Co-operative. This includes reviewing our financial and social impact performance. 

Income is a co-operative society registered under the Co-operative Societies Act. The by-laws are important as they lay out how the Co-operative is governed.
